Welcome to Counseling and Coaching in the 21st Century:

Throughout my career as a psychotherapist and executive coach I have seen how much therapy and coaching has evolved.  No longer is the concept of the stand alone psychotherapy office a necessity or a convenience for clients. The majority of coaching clients prefer the convenience of using the telephone, Face Time, email or texting.  Tele-Health allows for clients to call in, utilize FaceTime, Skype and other means of communication to receive counseling or coaching in a confidential manner, at their own discretion.  Today I am servicing clients in both New York and Florida.  My clients have the autonomy, confidentiality and convenience of scehduling their sessions at times that are convenient to them not the standard office hours most have come to expect. My practice has been providing both coaching and psychotherapy sevices to clients via telephone, Skype and FaceTime for more than 5 years and before that by telephone at a time that works for them.

I have found that timeliness and a concern for privacy help my clients to be more forthcoming and therefore better allign themselves to a healthier and more positive outcome.  My modality of treatment is based on the needs of the individual, and my fees are managable.  All credit cards are accepted.

Clients require different comfort levels of confidentiality and anonymity and this aids in the clients comfort level and helped evolve modalities of treatment to change with the times. I have found that whether you are seeking psychotherapy or coaching the quickest results are directly related to your ability to feel secure and comfortable within their own office or home.  Challenge yourself with my assistance and develop clear, organized and systematic plans to achieve your goals and come to a better understanding of what motivates much of your responses to stress, conflict and other concerns.  So I offer individual counseling and executive coaching either telephone, face-to-face or via Skype or Face Time or a combination of both.

Psychotherapy has historically been designed to explore one's history and implement corrective emotional and psychological changes through an understanding of one's motives and behaviors face-to-face in an office, However, many of my clients appreciate being able to receive services without risking being seen seeking counseling or coaching by colleagues or the general public.  My approach has evolved with the times to offer classic psychological techniques with modern technology, to offer solution focused goals via a combination of media contacts with occassional face-to-face contacts to help you gain practical and sustainable results in your life with minimal inconvenience.

Coaching also provides an avenue for partnership through multimedia where the intention is to maximize your potential for improvement with minimal inconvenience of having to schedule travel and appointment times that add additional stress to your daily scheduals.

My approach is focused on partnering with you to develop clear goals for our work together while minimizing the inconvenience of having to disrupt your schedule and and to help challenge yourself to develop strategies for seeking solutions and improving your overall quality of life. In other words I provide you with the support to take your skills (strengths you already have) and implement them in new and creative ways that better serve you both personally and professionally.

Both approaches are exceptionally viable ways to enhance your life however, we learn how to sustain results when we understand the ways our perceptions impact our life and relationships. This is why I have developed a more dynamic interactive psychotherapy style, one that combines the subtleties of psychotherapy with the direct approach of coaching. This provides less need for formal history exploration unless needed, and more time to focus on client objectives rather than past missteps.

For your convenience I have integrated Skype, FaceTime and telephone into my program and have continually worked successfully with clients locally and internationally over the past several years.  Technology like Skype and FaceTime have made therapy and coaching much more convenient and easy to use for busy clients, who want to maintain annonymity and those who have extensive travel schedules.
